Friends and Family Test

NHS England has asked all GP practices to give patients an opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on their experience through the Friends & Family Test (FFT).

The FFT asks people if they would recommend the GP practice to friends and family, if they needed similar care and treatment, and offers a range of responses. When combined with supplementary follow-up questions, the FFT provides a mechanism to highlight both good and poor patient experience.

The questions are very basic and the test only takes a few minutes to complete.  The results will be published on our website and displayed in our reception areas

The practice will use this broad measure of patient experience, alongside other feedback and data, to inform service improvement and patient choice.

Thank you
